Last night I had 2 margarita's at Pancake on the Rocks in The Rocks and boy where they good. It was so nice to be out and about in the city with my daughter's, sister and cousins. I love catching up with family.
Margarita
1/2 lime
45ml tequila
30ml cointreau (triple sec)
45ml lime juice
Wet rim of glass with a piece of lime, then dip into salt.
Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3 full of ice, then add the alcohol and lime juice, shake, then strain into the prepared glass.
Serve with a wedge of lime.
