One of my favourite go to cakes simple and delicious.
Ingredients
1.5 cups self raising flour
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
125 g margarine or butter softened
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Grease and line a loaf tin.
Place margarine/butter in a bowl. Sift four and sugar over butter.
Add the milk, eggs and vanilla and best for a few minutes until combined.
Bake at 180 celsius for 35-40 minutes.
