Last week I walked into Target and there right before my eyes staring back at me was a fabulous Missoni print. I looked at two styles  and took the plunge to try the tankini along with the kaftan. I have been on the lookout for a new swimsuit for a month or so. When the Missoni for Target range launched I looked but could not see, if that makes sense, it was scattered everywhere, so this time it was meant to be.

my style notes THE PRINTED PANT

Firstly I would just like to apologise for the selfies. I do not have anyone here to take my pics. Sharing my style here with all my lovely readers is something I have contemplated for awhile now. The only obstacle I face is taking selfies and getting them to look ok and of course having my face on display for all to see.

Today the weather in Sydney is abundant with sunshine and a cooler temp. Yay! there has been some really hot days of late. Breaking all kinds of records.

Australia aways misses out when a fabulous designer collaborates with Target overseas. But this time we will get a chance to purchase through Net-A-Porter.

British label by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos will launch a range for Target in the US. Usually only the locals will be able to snap a piece of the collection, but this time Peter Pilotto will make the Target range available for the world through Net-A-Porter on launch day the 9th of February 2014.

On the collaboration, Pilotto said: “By working with Target, we’re able to broaden our reach and bring our design aesthetic to an entirely new audience.” "This is a pivotal moment for our brand," added De Vos. "Our collection for Target embodies the elegance and spirit of our own line, but makes it accessible to everyone." The price point is capped at US $ 79.99. - Vogue
